IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DevIT Systems ("Company") for the DevTime software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software Product").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software Product.
The Software Product is licensed, not sold. DevIT Systems grants you the following non-exclusive, non-transferable rights, subject to your compliance with this Agreement:
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Software Product and any copies thereof are owned by DevIT Systems.
Without prejudice to any other rights, DevIT Systems may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVIT SYSTEMS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
